How long does it take to ship my product?

Currently, we're still under strict pandemic/social distancing orders. Thus, there have been worldwide delays in products... and Little Miss Innocent is not the exception. 

All orders will be shipped in 3-7 business days. Some orders such as custom apparel and bags may take a while longer due to being print on demand. *Please allow us 7-9 business days to complete these orders.

Additionally, our store hours are closed on the weekend, thus we do not process orders placed after 5 PM Friday night until Monday morning. This means, there may be a slight delay in your order. 

Thank you for shopping with Little Miss Innocent and for making your pleasure a priority! All orders will receive a tracking number via email (check spam or junk mail just in case).

What are your hours?

Little Miss Innocent business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm CST.

Sundays we are closed.

What happens if packages are returned?

If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be issued a refund minus shipping cost. 

Help! I put in the incorrect address. What should I do?

If you input an incorrect address at checkout, your order will be canceled and refunded. For questions, please email us at littlemissinnocent.co@gmail.com

Can I return a product?

All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges on feminine products, body oils/bars, little miss innocent apparel, bags, or pleasurables. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. 

Exception: Should you have any issues with your order, such as: anything missing from your order, an incorrect product, wrong size of lingerie that doesn't fit or a sex toy that has stopped working after 15 days, please contact customer service via email at littlemissinnocent.co@gmail.com

For items that are faulty, we have a 15-day return and partial refund policy on SEX TOYS ONLY, which means you have 15 days after receiving your pleasurable item to request a return.

For lingerie, should your ordered size not fit you to your liking, please contact our store  via email within seven days after youv've received the item to exchange.
